Mark is a member of the California Bar and a 1987 graduate with honors from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. For the past 20 years, Mark has served as General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer for global, US private, and public companies. His work required extensive engagement with government regulatory and law enforcement agencies, including the US Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, Federal Trade Commission, Customs and Immigration Service, and states\u2019 Attorney Generals. He also served for 15 years on the Board of Directors for the largest pro bono legal services agency in Los Angeles and is currently a member of the Board and Secretary for a criminal justice nonprofit organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thai immigration is both a professional and personal pursuit. Mark\u2019s spouse immigrated from Thailand many years ago and is now a US citizen. Mark immigrated to Thailand with his wife, where they split their time between their home in Phetchabun Province and Bangkok.
