A registered capital of at least 1 million baht is needed to set up a limited company \u2014 or 2 million for companies that require a non-B visa and work permit for a foreign employee. In certain industries, limited companies can be 100% foreign owned, and multiple work permits and visas can be granted if capital and labor department criteria are met.<\/p>
