I made an abortive attempt to apply on my own but found the official instructions often confusing or ambiguous and didn’t relish an inevitable long back-and-forth with the Bureau of Investment. Thitsana knew exactly what documents I needed and didn’t need, and was able to suggest substitutes (that actually worked!) for documents I didn’t have.
