At first I was concerned that the fee would be really high because she had so much experience in the field and because she was highly recommended by friends of ours. She amazed me with such an affordable and reasonable price! I’m so grateful that we worked with Khun Noina! She made everything easy and I completely trusted her every step of the way. To top that off, after I got the visa and moved to the States, I needed to work on getting US citizenship.
Khun Noina again helped immensely & guided me through that process too! It was so wonderful to work with her! What started as a business relationship quickly evolved into a lasting friendship.

What our clients say
"She was able to get her visitor visa for 10 years"
Hello, my name is Doug and I live in the United States. I have a friend that lives in Thailand. And we tried to get her a visitor visa last February and unequivocably, she was turned down without them even looking at paperwork or anything like that. So we decided with hire Baan Thai and see if they could help us. And sure enough, the process went easily. They were very communicative with us and made sure that all of her paperwork was correct and in place. And ultimately, the end result was that she was able to get her visa and a visitor visa for 10 years, which was just amazing. So quite frankly, Baan Thai is a service that I would use ultimately many times. In fact, I’m going to start using them for my own visa to get into Thailand.

"The communication is great"
Hi, my name is Joseph Chi, and I’m an American who have lived extensively in Myanmar and now in Thailand for the last five and a half years.
What challenges were you facing before working with Baan Thai?
Before working with Noina, I was trying to file for immigration for my Myanmar fiance to the US. And I was caught up in the bureaucratic logjam because of a pandemic and the coup that was happening in Burma, and my case was put on hold, and I wasn’t able to find a way out.
How did Baan Thai help you overcome these challenges?
With the help of Noina, she was able to move the case from the US. Embassy in Yangon, Burma, to the US. Embassy in Bangkok, and I thank her for her ability to do so. It was a difficult process, and she was able to do it quickly and effectively.
What was the outcome? How do you feel now?
My case has not been concluded yet. As of this point, the case is still being moved from US. Embassy in Yangoon to the US. Embassy in Bangkok. But I trust Noina.
She is very knowledgeable, she is very supportive, and she is very responsive. The communication is great, and I feel confident in her ability to help me and my fiancee in this whole process. I recommend her.

"We are very, very happy to have been introduced to the team"
Sawaddee ka. Sawaddee krub. My name is Ben. This is my wife Siriporn.
What challenges were you facing before working with Baan Thai?
We originally come to see Noina and the folks at Baan Thai Immigration because I was going to Thailand to marry Siri and needed help with my visas and that to come over.
How did Baan Thai help you overcome these challenges?
Noina helped with getting all that done. Then they also helped us to apply for our marriage registration and to get my marriage partner visa in Thailand, which was very helpful because I had no idea how to do it.
They also helped with Siri to get her visa to come here to Australia. I’m very, very thankful for that because it makes it a lot easier because I am legally blind and Siri didn’t understand the process on the website. So Noina graciously helped us with that.
What was the outcome? How do you feel now?
And we are very, very happy to have been introduced to the team there and recommend them to anyone else that needs help with their Thai visa, or any of the immigration needs for that matter.

"Khun Ing accompanied me through every step of the Permanent Residency process."
Hi, my name is Ahmet. I am a legal executive working for a multinational corporation with headquarters in Los Angeles, in charge of our legal matters in the Asia Pacific region, as in house counsel based in Bangkok. I am a German national and I have been living and working in Thailand since November 2004. I have worked for different law firms in Thailand throughout my career, and have now been in this current in house position since early 2016. Khun Ing, one of the partners at Baan Thai Immigration Solutions, has been handling all my visa and work permit matters since 2012. And most recently, she has successfully worked on my application for permanent residency in Thailand.
What challenges were you facing before working with Baan Thai?
Before I first started using Khun Ing’s services, dealing with tight immigration authorities was always somewhat stressful and time-consuming. Spending almost a whole working day at the immigration office at each visit, waiting for my number to be called often, only to be told to get another document or photo and come back another day. All that made visa renewals a dreaded annual ordeal. Back then, as much as I wished for obtaining permanent residence, which will put an end to all the recurring visa hassles and give me lasting inner peace about my long-term future in Thailand, I had heard so many stories from other experts who had been waiting to hear back about their applications for years and years, that I just did not feel that taking this path would make sense for me.
How did Baan Thai help you overcome these challenges?
In early 2020, the topic of permanent residence came up again. And I asked Khun Ing if maybe I should give it a try. She clearly laid out all the requirements, the procedure, the costs and fees involved. And having analyzed my situation and background, she recommended that I should go for it. So I did. And she provided excellent guidance, and accompanied me every single step of the process. I can honestly say that without her support, I doubt that I would have completed the application documents by myself. Fortunately, all forms were prepared for me by Khun Ing and all I had to do was to quickly check whether the data was correct, and then just sign the forms. Another concern I had was the required Thai language test. But Khun Ing provided me with a very helpful info on how to prepare for it. And as a result, I pass the test without any problems. Every single time I had to visit immigration, for example, for taking fingerprints for submitting documents, and doing the personal interview. I was always prepared and accompanied by Khun Ing personally. And I always felt like I was receiving VIP treatment. I never had to wait long for any appointment with immigration officials. And I could tell that they all personally knew and trusted Khun Ing. Another very important aspect for me as a legal executive of a New York Stock Exchange listed corporation was, of course, transparency, and full compliance with the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the UK anti Bribery Act.
What was the outcome? How do you feel now?
Finally, in late 2021, I received the message from Khun Ing, my application for permanent residence had been approved and then Khun Ing and her team accompanied me to immigration again, and also to other government offices to facilitate and complete the issuance of the documents. And here I am all done. It feels amazing after all these years of living here to finally know that I can stay in Thailand for the rest of my life now without ever having to apply for a Thai visa again, never having to do a 90 day report again, never having to send in the endless immigration line with tourists at Bangkok airport because I can now use the much faster lines for Thai nationals. And even the path to obtaining Thai citizenship is open to me now. If you have ever thought about applying for permanent residents in Thailand, I strongly and wholeheartedly recommend that you contact Khun Ing and her team at Baan Thai Immigration Solutions and let them advise and support you.

"Within just a couple of months, Kratai was here in America."
Ten years ago we had no idea how to start to get my wife Kratai from Thailand to here.
What challenges were you facing before working with Baan Thai?
All the websites had all kinds of instructions and you get bogged down in a lot of it. A lot of it’s hard to understand.
How did Baan Thai help you overcome these challenges?
Noina helped us with all of our stuff. It was 10 years ago. She prepared all the documents; she sent all of them through the Thai embassy, and she kept us updated constantly on how everything was happening. She did all the work. It was great.
What was the outcome? How do you feel now?
The process was painless and within just a couple of months, Kratai was here in America and we’ve been here ever since. And we can’t thank her enough for making the process as easy as possible. Thank you. Thank you.

"Baan Thai, you rock!"
My name is Lisa and I’m actually doing this video because I believe that it will help other folks who might have problems after they come to Thailand, especially the Bangkok area, with immigration or visa issues.
What challenges were you facing before working with Baan Thai?
Baan Thai has been the company that I chose to use after looking through so many other companies when I had left the US without the e-visa. I thought I could get [the e-visa] outside of the country, only they come to Thailand and find out that I’m in Thailand without the e-visa, even though I did get the classification for the visa afterwards. It was not something that I could use once I had been in Thailand. So I went to Baan Thai to find out exactly what it is that I could do to obtain a visa without having to leave the country.
How did Baan Thai help you overcome these challenges?
So I called Baan Thai because I was having issues with, you know, understanding what route I needed to take in order to get the visa. And that’s where I met Mark, Ing and Koya. And Koya being the one that helped me. Well, the one thing that mattered to me the most was they were honest with me. They had experience in dealing with Thai immigration, and Mark, of course, who was not from Thailand, had also had an experience of his own. And he also decided that he wanted to make it easier for folks like me, who come here and have problems to get what I needed without losing money without being scammed. Because there are a lot of scammers out here. Don’t believe everything you hear on YouTube, not only information is pertinent and up to date. So you really must, look for me, I felt that I needed to get with a company that would help me. So Baan Thai came in, I went into the office, I had a consultation with them. We talked about where I could, what I could do, my thoughts was, hey, I’m just gonna leave and go out and come back. But then I realized no, that’s not a good thing to do, or a reputable thing to do.
What was the outcome? How do you feel now?
Koya, Ing and Mark have been very, very instrumental and helping me get this especially Koya because she took all the money with me as did Ing on a couple of occasions. And the process with them, no worries, no headaches, no nothing. After the money came here, the process just went boom, boom, boom. And so folks out there, if you’re in need of help, it’s not necessarily that you will take Baan Thai or any other buddy. But also it’s just best to deal with someone that knows what they’re doing. And I think Baan Thai would be even if you just want someone to talk to about the process to understand the process that you might want to go in and sit down for consultation with these guys and see where it takes you. For me it took me to happiness because after all on the 24th I think the majority of my worries about a visa will be over. So hope this helps someone out there anyway Baan Thai, you rock! Holla.

"My family and I were very relieved and very happy."
Hi, my name is Scott. I’ve been working in Thailand for the last two and a half years. My wife and my son are also living here with me.
What challenges were you facing before working with Baan Thai?
Prior to using Baan Thai Immigration Solutions, we had a very bad experience with a previous agent. The communication with him was quite poor, and we were quite confused most of the time on the requirements. We also had to make multiple trips to Chaengwattana, which was quite a distance from where we were living. Each trip we made, we would spend roughly a whole day there. It was quite difficult because we had an infant at the time.
How did Baan Thai help you overcome these challenges?
My family and I are very fortunate to have met Khun Ing and Khun Koya. Every detail of the visa process, they communicate to us very clearly. Not to mention, they found and corrected some mistakes from the previous year. And they managed to renew our visa at the One Stop tourist center. And we just had to make one very quick trip there.
What was the outcome? How do you feel now?
After successfully receiving the visas, my family and I were very relieved and very happy. We would like to thank Khun Ing and Khun Koya and also everyone else at Baan Thai Immigration Solutions. Thank you
Scott P.
