Mark started his personal journey in immigration many years ago when he brought his wife from Thailand to the US. You read that correctly – Mark has been in your shoes. SIKARIN (ROY) SRIPAORAYA
Managing Counsel
Sikarin “Roy” Sripaoraya, Managing Associate Counsel, leads our Corporate and Thai Visa teams. Roy brings 9+ years of experience, counseling expat and Thai corporate clients and foreign investors in areas that include corporate structure and formation and obtaining investment promotion certification from the Thailand Board of Investment. Roy also provides ancillary corporate compliance, permitting, work permit and visa immigration services. Roy is a 2015 graduate from Thammasat University with a bachelor’s degree in law. He is fluent in English and Thai.
THITSANA “TEA” BESSON
