Pannisa “Jubjib” Kositsurungkagul is a Client Relationship Manager, assisting clients with personalized support and ensuring a smooth experience throughout their service journey. Jubjib is a 2025 graduate from Thammasat University with a bachelor’s degree in British and American Studies. She also served as an intern at the U.S. Embassy in Bangkok in the American Citizen Services (ACS) section, gaining firsthand experience in consular operations and cross-cultural communication.
Her studies, combined with her exchange experience in the United States, gave her a deep understanding of U.S. and U.K. culture and a broad global perspective. These experiences strengthened her ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds with empathy and professionalism.
